  • Welcome! We're thrilled to have you here and know you'll love it. To ensure you have a great experience, please follow these guidelines:

    Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session starts.

    This allows us to show you around and familiarise you with the equipment you'll be using.

    Personal Belongings: Store all belongings, except your towel and water bottle, in the pigeonholes provided. Please ensure your phone is set to silent.

    Grip Socks: Ensure you have a clean pair of grip socks for use on the equipment. For safety reasons, you will not be able to use the equipment without them. If you don’t have grip socks, they are available for purchase in the studio.

  • Client Intake: Your client intake information will be completed during your appointment. Please arrive at your designated appointment time.

  • All 10-session packs come with a 4-month expiry date. We highly recommend maintaining a regular weekly booking to ensure consistent progress in your movement practice. However, you do have some flexibility to use your sessions within the 4-month period if your plans change.

  • Propel Body has a 24-hour cancellation policy. A late cancellation or no-show for a class or massage appointment will result in the loss of the session/appointment and the full cost will be incurred. For those who booked a massage appointment online, the charge will be applied to the nominated credit card.

    We understand that life can be busy and unexpected events happen. To keep the system fair for everyone and ensure that all clients have access to appointments/classes when needed, we send reminder emails at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and a reminder text the day before. This provides ample opportunity to cancel if necessary, allowing others on the waitlist to attend.

  • Every member of the Propel Body community has the right to feel comfortable, safe, respected, and free of judgment. Any person exhibiting discrimination of any kind or breaching this code will be asked to leave.

    Minimum Age

     Massage: Clients under 18 years old require parental consent (verbally or in writing) to attend a remedial massage appointment.

     Pilates: Clients under 16 years old require parental consent (verbally or in writing) to attend a class without a parent present.

    All employees have current Working with Children checks.

  • This privacy policy is intended to inform you about the information and data gathered by Propel Body, when you use this service, how we store your information, information we collect and to the degree your information may be used. 

    Propel Body takes your privacy seriously. We do not rent, sell or share your personal information with 3rd parties, except as listed below. 

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and as a registered Propel Body user, we will attempt to inform you of any material changes by email.

    Otherwise, please check back frequently on the Propel Body website for the latest and most updated privacy policy posted here. 

    Propel Body provides you with the opportunity to review, remove and modify any personal information that you provided previously under the Data Protection Act 1998, please contact us directly by email to make changes to your personal information.

  • We only collect the personal data you choose to provide us during your registration process. As part of the registration process in order to use Propel Body services you need to provide us with your Full Name, Address, Email Address, Phone, Country, State, Postal Code, and Billing information, including credit card data. For Pilates sessions additional information regarding health, injuries and surgeries are requested.

    All data is stored on Power diary web practice management service in Australia. In 2023 Power Diary earned the coveted ISO 27001 Certification for its healthcare data security. ISO/IEC 27001 is the globally recognised, standards-based approach to security that outlines requirements for an organisation’s information security management system (ISMS). Credit Card data is also stored on Stripe for online transactions as an end customer. You may elect to not provide any of the above info, but you will then not be able to use Propel Body services or certain features.

  • We may collect and store certain information about your interaction with Propel Body website and services, including cookies, IP Addresses, browser type, device type, location, Internet service provider (ISP), entry and exit pages, operating systems, time/date stamps, and other related data. Propel Body uses this information, only to improve the quality of our services and products. If you choose to decline cookies via your browser, you will have some limitations in using Propel Body services.

  • When you register to use Propel Body services, your email will automatically be listed in the Propel Body mailing list.

    You will receive welcome information, account information, and other marketing related information related to Propel Body services. You may also receive periodic emails from us notifying you of new features, products, workshops, events and other related information for Propel Body services. 

    You may choose to opt out of receiving promotional emails from Propel Body at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or emailing admin@propelbody.com.au

    At any time if you forget your account information, email admin@propelbody.com.au and we will send you a password reset link for your power diary client portal login.

  • In the event that Propel Body goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by or with another company, including partial or all assets, any personally identifiable information we have on record will likely be transferred with the transition.

  • Our software management program has security measures to ensure you that your data is protected and safe. However please be advised that while we take extra measures to protect your data and integrity of your information, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent unauthorized access from occurring. Please take the proper steps to maintain the security of your client portal information. We highly recommend that you set a tough to guess password for your registered account with Propel Body to ensure others from easily guessing your password.

  • Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email.
