About Us

Propel Body, founded in 2024, is the result of merging two local businesses: Propel Remedial Massage and Propel Pilates. It is a welcoming and serene space for the Wagga Wagga community to enjoy the combined benefits of remedial massage and Pilates conveniently located within the Kooringal Mall shopping complex.

The facility features 4 custom-made Australian reformer Pilates beds and Pilates chairs, 4 Fuse ladder wall towers, as well as a variety of hand weights, small props, and equipment to enhance your Pilates experience with fun and energy.

Classes are kept intimate with a maximum of 4 people in a reformer class, 8 in a mixed equipment class, and 12 in a group mat class.

In addition to remedial massage, clients can access Pregnancy remedial massage, cupping, joint mobilisation, dry needling, and shockwave therapy tailored to individual needs for optimal results based on past experiences and future goals.

Having witnessed the benefits of combining remedial massage and Pilates for overall body health, balance, and coordination, Propel Body aims to break the cycle of pain by providing education on effective movement and muscle control between massages. We strive to empower individuals to take control of their bodies and propel themselves towards a more balanced, stronger and harmonious version of themselves by offering tools and guidance for self-empowerment beyond just massage therapy.
