Pilates Classes

  • Experience a joyful Pilates session that meets your body where it is, using fun small props to add a layer of challenge. Move in all directions with exercises designed to activate those often-overlooked muscles. Each session is fresh and exciting, with new moves every time while keeping some core basics to keep us grounded. Classes are limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure personalised attention and a supportive environment. 50 mins

  • Bring on the fun with our Group Reformer Class! This full-body workout is designed to awaken all parts of your body, including those small, underused muscles. Suitable for everyone, with options to adjust the intensity throughout the class. Each session includes a warm-up and stretch, lasting 50 minutes. Maximum of 4 participants for personalised attention.

  • Get ready to elevate your heart rate and build strength with our Group Mixed Equipment Class! Using a combination of Reformer, Pilates Chair, Fuse Ladder with Spring-bar, various weights and small props, this circuit-style Pilates-inspired class will have you sweating and smiling. Incorporating traditional Pilates movements with the fun addition of props and coordination challenges, this 50-minute class is sure to energise you. Maximum of 8 participants for a supportive and dynamic experience.

  • Prefer a more personalised experience? Our Private and Duo Studio Classes offer tailored Pilates programs using all the studio equipment, guided by a diploma-qualified and experienced Pilates instructor.
